hi there,
I'm new to the board, not really sure where to go from here.
My name is Shelly and I live in Houston. I do most of my diving at Lake Travis. I don't really have a buddy, I just hang out a few friends who don't mind me tagging along. I try to make it to ' blue water' every chance I get Thanksgiving will be my 3rd trip out this year. I can hardly wait!
Toodles!!!

:sunny Hi there! My name is Matt. Welcome to Scuba Board! I came here looking for help with my diving dream. I’ve met a lot of nice divers and many helpful divers too. I think you will get the information you need from SB. I look forward to reading more of your posts about your diving adventures. If you’d like to chat, please PM me.
I am looking forward to seeing you some more around the boards!

Hey Shelly, welcome to the board. Glad you found us!! I live in Spring so drop me a line anytime you want to go diving around here. Also check the Texas Swamp Divers forum, there are lots of us around and you'll find many buddies :)

Make sure you fill out your profile, so our responses have better content.

safe diving,
Maria

Welcome to Scubaboard! Look around and you'll get the hang of it soon enough. Just be careful, it's addictive!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm still trying to figure all this stuff out. I guess it could take days for me to get my bearings down.

Toodles!! :butterfly

Welcome Shelly!

I have a brother in Houston (diver) and one in Killeen (non-diver). When I come down next time we're gonna check out Lake Travis.

I think you'll like it here, great bunch of folks we divers are - lots of good info, times, and laughs to be found on SB.

Welcome to ScubaBoard! :happywave

It will all start to make sense soon! :crafty:

Dive safe!

Christian

P.S. Due to the high volume of new posts in the Introductions and Greets forum, it's not always possible to keep up with all the new posts here. So, please help me out and send me a PM if you post anything you want me to read or repsond to in this forum.
