Long time reader, first time poster. I've been diving for the past ten years , give or take a few and hoping to make the plunge into tec soon. Almost entirely relatively cold water experience, and fairly recently transitioned from primarily renting to owning the bulk of my gear (currently trying to convince myself to buy a drysuit). Scrolling through the recent threads it seems there's a fair group of neighbors here in the NE US.

Only the truly crazy people dive NE.

The drysuit is worth every penny.

Hi guys, I'm also in Mass

I'm certifiable, no doubt.

Also a brutal combo of cheap and with expensive taste. Which makes what I read as the hardest and most questionable thing to buy second hand extra tricky XD

Fit is extremely important. Trapped air in a drysuit can result in not exhausting right= uncontrolled ascents.
