My husband and I recently moved to Virginia, I do better in cooking than diving, and never met a fish that I didn't want to cook.

After watching what some fish eat I don't think I'd eat them no matter HOW you cooked them!

Who does the cleaning of the fishes? That is truly the nasty part.

It's funny, despite what they eat catfish can be pretty tasty, cooked right. Then again lobsters, crabs etc all taste pretty darned good, and most people have NO idea what they eat!!!
