I started diving a year ago in June and fell in love. I am looking forward to diving in some new areas this year. I have been diving in some local quarries and made my way down to Cosumel, Mexico and did my first salt water reef dive, loved it. I am oping to make a quick trip to dive the Blue Gratto and Devils Den in Florida in March. Can't wait to get a dry suite so I can get into some cold water stuff.

Welcome to SB. There is a lot of great information here. I am also from OH and was certified at Ohio University. Have you ever dove Lakeview in Lancaster? If so how was it? Myself and a couple other people form Ohio are going to try to get over there this summer.

Yes me and my buddies dive there regularly. I like it a lot i love watching fish and there are some neat thing at the bottom to explore.

AL24 is corrrect....

You may want to join the social group on SB called "Drive to Dive." It includes many of us landlocked folk.

The Great Lakes Wrecking crew forum here has a lot of activities posted as well. Whenever the warm weather returns..
