Just bought a Hero3 and plan on diving with it in about 1 1/2 weeks. I also will be using a Intova sport tray, flex arm and Tovatec Wide Angle Torch for light. Which video setting do I want to shoot in: wide, normal or small?
Hero3, what video setting should I use?

Usually wide. If you where say diving at night and using only that one wide angle torch then maybe medium so the light would fill more of the frame.
