Hero III Lights?

I've seen a couple of light systems for sale to use with Hero III. Has anyone tried any? I am thinking for video, or using the video lights to shoot stills.

Just spent a week in the Bahamas with a GoPro and pair of Sola 1200's. Worked out quite nicely. I might say they were actually TOO much, perhaps the 800's would be enough?

I use the UK Aqualite (180° beam) with the Intovoa flashlight. Great setup.
