Interesting. They changed "recommended" to "Shall", and added a reference to "Dive masters". I see this as a prelude to regulation.... But of course, I know who is on the Advisory Council.... :wink:

Do you have any predictions for how regulations might change the experience, from the diver's perspective? Fewer operators? Higher expense? Less death?

Less profit. Some operators will choose to get out. For folks who always operated defensively, not much difference. For those who saw themselves as taxi drivers, well, IMO they should have gotten out a long time ago.
