Wow, that is really terrible, 2:20 seemed like an eternity. I didn't like the Monkees, but I sure have many fond memories of that time in my life.

My first concert was Goodbye Cream at the LA Forum in 1968, a bit different than the Monks

We got to see Mickey snd Davey in concert at Billy Bobs years ago. It was a fun concert. Something that really surprised up was that Mickey’s parents were opera singers and he was classically trained. He had a huge voice.

Have you seen their movie Head? It's pretty bizarre and (as I remember; it's been many years since I last saw it) not much like their TV show.
