Help with the sea and sea 8000

[deeper thoughts]

I am having trouble seeing underwater, i have tried to use the hood and without. I also adjusted the brightness of the camera does anyone have any tips or adjustments i could make, i need helppppppppp.

I've shot with the DX8000 and found it really helps to get a focus light. Of course they can cost as much as the camera. I like the fisheye focus light. This helps a lot. And definitely always keep the hood on.
