Mares MR12. Probably about 20 years old. Great diaphragm reg I have one for around the house for filling tires.
Its an octopus 2nd stage by Mares, commonly found in conjunction with the MR-12 first stage.
The label is missing, it says Mares in a Peter Max multi-color way.
