I haven't been able to use to Intova ISS4000 strobe because the fiber optic cable wont stay in the strobe. Cant figure out why so i emailed Intova and they told me just to rubber band it in place but still couldn't get it to work. So i took it to my LDS and asked there they said i am missing something can someone please tell me what it is. The piece around where the cable attaches to the strobe.
