Help with my flounder pic

I took this picture in cozumel in late july. My strobe didnt flash, and i've seen some amazing work done in the forum with touch ups. Any help would be apprecialted.

Here's a quick adjustment. Your shot had lots of light, so I just upped the red, and lowered the blue and green, increased the contrast and light level slightly and voila.

Larry, Just what I would have done. Very nice changes.
 
Taking a shot from above a flounder doesn't do much.... For a much more dramatic shot try to get down to eye level with the flounder and take the pic from there you will have a much more striking well composed pic instead of a relatively boring one.... just my 2 cents
