help with moalboal

hi guys need a little help with some budget opperators in moalboal some place that is localy run and owned as it keeps the money in the comunity and well you know the rest .

so what is the average cost of diving moalboal ther are 4 dives including me doning 10 pluss each can any one recomend a quiet shop .

try Nelsons. local dive op with lowest rate there. downside is they have a big boat and they may take two to three groups per trip to and from the dive site.
