Help with ID or old reg

I was hoping to revive an old reg at the shop, but I can't seem to figure out who made it and if there are any sources for a new HP seat. Attached are photos. We had a few HP seats (green thing lower right of second photo) that were similar, but none fit well enough.

That is a SEA 1st stage. Aqualung #9000-00 is the service kit.

yep a USD/Aqualung SEA with an enviromental kit. The HP seat out of a Conshelf/Titan/Legend and several other regs is the same. You can get them from any AL dealer or Vintage Double Hose has them as well (same one also is used in the Royal Aquamaster double hose reg). You will also need the balance chamber Oring and backup ring, also the same one on the above mentioned regs.
