Does anyone know what this fish is? Dove off St. Thomas at Buck Island.

Or maybe a porgyhead jolty. Whatever he case the Dude looks pretty laid back.
 
Not certain, but it may be a Whitebone Porgy (Calamus leucosteus). There are no photos of it in the Reef Fish Identification DVD (4th ed). However, the sketch/text in the DVD shows blue streaks above and below the eye, the lower one being more pronounced. The OP's photo looks pretty similar to this one
