Help!! New diver using Seac Sub Pro 3000

I recently started scuba diving (probably around 3 months ago) and bought a Seac Sub Pro-3000 BCD here in Bangkok, Thailand.

The problem is, there are so many things on this BCD such as the
SEMIBACK system, which I do not know how to use, and a manual was never given to me by the store owner. Can I find any of these information on the web, or from you guys?
