hi guys

i dropped my camera on the floor the other day , i was climbing up on my press to get to the top of the fridge and the camera was right there and i knocked, it was like something out of home alone, i hit a spoon that hit a cup that hit a bowl and then knocked the camera aaaahhhhhh

i had a uv lens filter on the lens so i was lucky and thats all that broke, but there are now peices of dust on the inside of the lens and it seems as if the lens is fully sealed

the camera is a nikon d70 and the lens is the kit lens that comes with the d70

how will i get the dust out? or is there no way and the lens is finished??

thanks guys

That certainly comes under the heading of "don't try this at home, kids".

A little bit of dust is not a problem. Give the lens a try and see how it
works. You will likely be pleasantly surprised. The old 1960s lenses were
not well sealed. A little dust was a fact of life.
