I have a problem with the live view when shooting macro with the 100mm lens.

As long as I have the camera in "Automatic" I can see what I'm shooting but when I change to "Manual" the screen goes black. This is because the live view don't take my strobes in to account when showing me "what I get".

Is there some way to fix this?

You want to make sure exposure simulation is off when in Live View. It would be like having depth of field preview constantly pressed while using the viewfinder. It's in Shoot4:LV Func menu. The 4th submenu in the red menu screen.
