Help me understand my fusion bullet ...

Okay, I am sure this is a silly question ... but I just received my fusion bullet with a LightMonkey p-valve installed by the dealer. The installation looks fine on the dry core, but there is no opening on the bullet skin for the valve so the assembly is beneath the skin. Is this the way it should be? It seems a bit strange but I have no idea :blush:.

If there should be an opening, is it something I can do myself easily or should I ask the dealer to do it? Thanks!

Punching the hole in the outer skin appears to be the easier (certainly less nerve wracking anyway) part of the job. I haven't worked up the courage to punch a hole in the drycore to install mine yet........

Thanks, that was useful. I was too afraid to do the valve installation, and got the dealer to do it, so the only thing left to do would be the hole in the skin ... and that should require less courage
