You rebuilt the second stage or first stage?

There shouldn't be anything that small for a 1085 type second. Looks like it may be for an SPG to hose connection that they just added to your service kit.

That's not out of a second stage, looks like a first stage hp spring block O ring from the picture.
I agree, that is what it looks like to me as well....did you replace the oring in the balance chamber of the first stage?
I suppose it could be just a stray that made it's way into the package.
