Help me identify this mask

This is an old mask that my wife absolutely refuses to give up - we've tried a number of other masks and they always fall short. If I could ID the manufacturer and/or the model, maybe I can locate the same mask or something almost identical.

Looks like it could be a Tusa Splendive IV mask. My wife had one until it wore out, now she uses a Mares X-vision Liquidskin. Tusa makes a mask called the Freedom Quad that looks the same.

Actually I don't know the brand of that mask , but i was looking around for a mask for my long nose as well as prescription lenses.. and manage to get that amazing mask Masks - Fish Eyes Mask (Rx-Able) - Promate USA
promate also have panoramic masks like the one your wife is using , so you may take a look around.. i highly recommend them.
