Help me choose a spearfishing/freediving cam?

I'm a Fish!
so Im in the market for a P&S style cam that can take HD Vid. here are the musts:

1. Must be good in low light (artificial light sources illegal for spearfishing here)
2. Low profile, this is for Freediving only, so drag is an issue.
3. Camera & Housing under $800.
4. Must be waterproof to 130'


I dive in BC water. our waters are very cold, dark, and green. to give you an idea of the conditions:

that's about the worst conditions I'll face here.


I am looking hard at the ZS3 & the ContourHD currently. 90% of the time this will be mounted to a speargun for gun cam footage, but would the like the option of taking the odd big of non-spearing video (making a mounting plate with handles easy with my available tools/machining), the ZS3 is winning out so far, as the zoom features are very interesting to me with dry photography...
