Hello all! I am very new to U/W photography and have many questions! I used my Sealife Micro HD last year in Hawaii and got some decent shots. (All less that 50' deep) Love the camera and looking to take photos to the next level. I bought a Sealife Dragon light (1200 lumens) is that enough light or should I have 2 of those? I also have a GoPro Hero4 silver and I am looking to outfit that also. I like the 'flip 3.1' filter system I see on the Backscatter website. Should I also use a light while using these filters? I will be diving no deeper than around 80 to 100' in both cold (California) and warm (Hawaii/Mexico) water. Any advice is greatly appreciated! I am just looking for the basics nothing too fancy. I have been doing tons of research and as a result I am more confused than ever. Oh and I should mention that neither cameras have external flash....so adding a strobe is not an option.

Hoping for some advice...Thanks

for video, below about 30 feet (and certainly here in California) video lights are mandatory to get reasonable footage. 1 light might do it but 2 is what most video folk I know are using. For photos though you will need a strobe.
