Here is an exploded diagram of the TR-100. Comparison of part numbers with the TR-200 show no differences, save for the knob - which incorporates a model-specific decal instead of the distinctive red Tabata emblem - and dust cover. The TR-200 pdf seems to indicate the yoke and new knob are shared with later models (TR350/390/400), at least one of which appears to have this style of 5000psi rated yoke, in a picture found online. So I was leaning toward the idea that the TR-200 differed from the 100 mainly in the yoke change, without accounting for the diagrams showing an identical part number to the TR-100. Then I found an old listing with pics of a new boxed TR-200 that has the old Tabata emblem-style knob, and the thinner yoke...

I have a reg that looks just like the OP's, and have been trying to decide if it is a 100 or 200. Not that it matters....

Here's one with the blue decal, the red/orange Tabata emblem, and pin spanner holes in the knurled ring, currently up on eBay. Yoke appears the same shape, but is embossed 'TUSA', and not '5000'. Seller doesn't know what model.
