Help buying: Aeris Atmos 2 or Suunto Vyper???

I have decided to either get an Atmos 2 wrist unit or a Vyper. Please give me advantages and disadvantages and help me choose.

Also if you know a good place online to get it please let me know. I will not buy from anywhere that does not have some type of warranty (preferable manufactures).
