Help a friend?

I have a friend who was given a Dacor OmniPro computer from his son (the son upgraded). Unfortunately the instruction book went for a walk long ago --- he'd like to get a set of instructions for the computer.

Can anyone help?

I went and looked, hoping that they would their manuals in PDF format on their website. Unfortunately, they don't. Here is their contact information:
