Hi, first post.
Wife and I got certified on our Honeymoon 10 years ago, haven't been in since!
Now that our children are 8, 6, and 3 we are looking forward to getting back in!
We live in North Orange County, CA. We are fortunate enough to now have a boat in Newport and are interested in Catalina diving. We are looking for a local dive shop to reacquaint ourselves to diving. We only have mask, snorkel and fins and are interested to learn about which gear we should purchase. We hope to learn from others experience and maybe some day have some of our own experiences to share.

Lot of good dive shops here... just remember to interview the instructor as he/she is more important than the agency.
