Hello all...I am pretty much new to the board and to Scuba.
I completed my Open Water training yesturday with open water dives at Vortex Spings and Morrison Springs in Florida so I thought i'd say hi.

Hello, welcome to the boards! I envy you for your access to warm water! I'm looking at 20 degrees Farenheit and a snow squall.

...that the water is 68 degrees years round at the springs. The air temperature was a low of 10 degrees one night though. I was freezing when I got out of the water to change tanks! Air temp during dives were 28 degrees and 35 degrees...pretty cold.

Hope you enjoy your new hobby! You've found the friendliest board on the net so feel free to ask any questions you may have. There's a lot of good information to be found here and we're always glad to help! :)
