Ok now that I feel like the intro to "That 70's Show"..... :D

Longtime lurker that decided to come out of the woodwork some.

Recently moved from CA to WI and hoping to get started diving again this summer. Started diving at about 10, freediving for abalone and spearfishing, then graduated up to SCUBA. Last certs were NAUI Divemaster and ANDI Nitrox back around 1994. At one time considered going all the way thru NAUI Instructor training, but decided DM was enough for what I wanted to do. Someday I may take a rebreather course, or some technical course, but in the mean time am quite content learning all by my little big self and from others of similar interests.

Interests include DIY projects related to diving, as well as other aspects of life. I collect old diving books, especially those with a DIY bent to them. Also collect PopSci PopMech articles of the same genre. I LOVE DIY diving books & articles, so if you know of any old books or have copies of magazine articles to share, PLEASE feel free to PM me. My modest collection truely is rather small, but hopefully will grow in time. Always happy to share what little I have in the way of literature and knowledge.

Currently looking to get set up with a compressor again and get back underway exploring the lakes and rivers around this beautiful state.

OK thats enough of the intro, hate doing these things, always feel like I'm applying for some personals website or something...

Thanks for reading, and Howdy folks!
