A big Hello from San Diego. My bf and I recently received our open water certification. yay!

We are heading up to NorCal (San Francisco - Sonoma County) at the end of the month and are interested in organizing a dive around 6/29-7/1. We heard Gerstle Cove would be a good spot - despite the steep hike ;). Since we are still really new to this, we'd appreciate having a more experienced diver(s) with us. Is anyone interested in meeting up with a couple of beginners? Or any direction for us? Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks - Nola

I've heard really good things about San Diego diving. The last time I went, I didn't have the chance to dive, but I did sample the great variety of food.

If you're interested in meeting up with people in your area, you might try posting in the SoCal forum for future buddies (SoCal) or the NorCal forum (NorCal) for your trip up north.

Welcome to the 'board and to the underwater world!!!

Like Scuba_Noob said..please feel free to drop on down to our local forum and join in the fun here:
SoCal
And when visiting our friendly feloow divers up north...I would highly recomend finding a local to dive with you in their waters so you can enjoy it even more here: NorCal

Dive on in and enjoy:D
