Hello, Greetings, and Salutations

Hi,

I am new to scuba (just got certified through PADI this spring) I've got about 25 dives under my belt. I do some solo diving and get a lot of funny looks. BUT I have a 40cuft pony with reg and SPG. I only do lake diving above 40 ft and I really enjoy not having to watch were the heck my buddy has gone or wants to go. Plus I can go whenever I feel like it. I have a dive computer as well as gauges. Any good forums or sites devoted to this frame of mind or am I just an accident waiting to happen?

For me, sharing fellowship with other divers is one of the best aspects of the sport.

Particularly, since I'm pretty new to the sport, I'm strongly in favor of diving with a bud. At this point I don't know what I don't know...if you get my drift.
