Hello from the Norcal

Just thought Id drop in with a big splash and say Hello!
I'm glad that this board is here, I have learned tons about equipment
and places to dive.
My first impression about the forum members is a general willingness to share
experiences with newcomers, give straightforward advise on what works and what doesn't and a sense of family. Awesome...

Thanks! I just had the 5 dives in Monterey; 4 for the OW and 1 with a buddy in 2-5 viz. I'm planning on diving freshwater for the next 2 month's in Lake Natomas & Lake Folsom to work on buoyancy control and navigation.
