Hello from Texas

Howdy there from Texas.

My name is Paul and I'm just finishing my NAUI certification with my daughter. We decided to be dive partners and we are doing the certification together, we bought virtually the same equipment and we will have our first solo dives in Oahu in June.

We've done a couple of resort guided dives and loved so much we are now taking it seriously.

I hope this will be a long journey and hopefully will make our bond even stronger.

The community here seems to be very nice and I look forward to share our experiences and questions here.

I went surveyed the OW Naui Class of my twins OW class 2 years ago. They went through the NAUI JR OW class. With 1100+ dives myself - OW to adv.trimix, it was fun to audit the process. It is family fun locally, and on vacations since.

What part of the state are your in?

I'm in Dallas, TX. I'm going to a lake in 2 weeks time to finish my open dive certification.
