Hi everyone,

I've been PADI certified since 2005 and have been diving in Jamaica, Key West, Grand Bahama, North Carolina, Aruba and Cancun. I'm going to Ambergris Caye, Belize in May and can't wait!

I'm glad to be a member of the board and am looking forward to making new friends and learning more about the sport I love along the way.

Hello Scuba Tom. I am also brand new to the board. I live in DC but have a condo and boat in Sarasota where I have begun diving again (when I can find the time to get down there. Do you dive locally at all? All my gear is in Florida but if there were diving up here I would consider hauling it up. Cheers.

There are a few quarries within reasonable distance that are pretty fun to dive in. The U-1105 is in the Potomac near Piney Point. Not warm water dives by any stretch but still diving!
