hello, relative newbie to diving from NH.

this forum seems to be a pretty good hub of information (and opinions lol)

I would love to hear anyones thoughts on what beginners should practice the most when starting out, and in your opinion a must have piece of gear (minus the obvious stuff thats required to dive)

im looking forward to getting in the water tomorrow to do my first dive of a few to begin my NAUI certification.

Save you energy for listening to your instructor and enjoying the course

I hum when I'm underwater because I can't sing

One thing that I should have done earlier in my diving career is set up a dedicated area of my house to wash, dry, store and work on my gear. This has made a huge difference for me in terms of making it easier to dive frequently.
