I don't know of any groups as we have only been Destin snowbirds. I have dived the "structures" on the bay side of Navarre Beach--12-20' of water. Not a whole lot to see in winter, but I hear more in summer. I believe there are structures they put on the Gulf side somewhere as well--could be thinking of Pensacola. Either way, you can google it.
Emerald Coast Scuba in Destin may know of a group or possible buddies. I THINK there's some sort of Gulf group somewhere.
