Hello from Missouri - on the way to Florida

Hello I am from the Kansas city, Mo area. I have had my PADI certification for some time. I have not gone diving in over 15 years. The kids are out of the house and I am ready to get back to it. We have a trip planned to Florida- Ft Myers and the Keys. Looking for some helpful info on good dive site in the Keys and Key west area and came across this site. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We plan to take a refresher course and return to the sport we love!!

Welcome back to the 'Fold'....Ft. Meyers is not too far from Venice, and shark tooth diving in the shallow waters there may be a good way to 'reenter' the sport....And you never know what you may find ;D !!!!......

Venice is good. 30ft
the Spree boat out of Naples (i think) 60-140ft
Jupiter to Boca Raton. 60+ ft (gulf stream diving. reefs, some shipwrecks)
Key Largo to Key West. 30+ ft

lots of dive boats. lots of excellent diving. some of the best diving in the world
