Hey guys,

Thought I'd drop in and say hi. I've not posted on this board before.

I dive mainly in the UK, and am very keen on diving wrecks along with putting a little back by helping organise archaeology and conservation groups out of Plymouth, UK.

I've been diving since I was 8, and am now 37 about to hit 38... damn the years start flying by fast! It seems like only a few years ago that I quit my office job and went into business with my dad by setting up Aquanauts, a PADI and GUE dive centre on the Barbican in Plymouth. I've moved on since and am now allegedly a silent(ish) partner but I help out there part time. I spend a lot of my time working offshore with ROVs - was lucky enough to get involved in a fair amount of archaeology work with Odyssey Exploration for a couple of years while we looked for various shipwrecks, although now I've started working in coastal windfarm construction around the UK.

I'm a qualified TDI & GUE Tech diver and also teach Fundamentals sometimes for GUE.

I joined the forum as I guess it's about time - in the early days it seemed very US based so I didn't think it applied to me, but now I see it cropping up alot all over the place, and see it alot on the web in the UK so I guess it's about time I joined :)

Hello All!
