Hello from Mammoth

Hello from Mammoth Lakes, CA! My wife and I ski most of the winter but like warm dive destinations in the summer/fall. We’re always trying to figure how to dive given that we have a 3 and 6 year old daughters (they love snorkeling already). We’re thinking Rangiroa this summer.

Welcome. When our daughter was younger (like your 3-year old is now), the availability of medical care played role in my decisions on destinations. Even mostly healthy kids can get otitis media, impetigo, RSV and a host of other ailments that can rapidly turn a good trip bad.

If you make it to Rangiroa, please post us a trip report when you get back. I've heard that name before, but know nothing else about it.
