Hello from Lansing

Newly certified as of a week ago! Awesome trip to Florida diving off West Palm Beach, now I'm hooked. Hope to learn a lot from this forum and find many more great places to dive.

I also am from Lansing and was just certified last week also. I did mine in dives in a Quary in Ohio, in 48 degree water, West Palm beach sounds a LOT WARMER.

Yikes... 48 is cold! First day at WPB was 59 and I was totally unprepared for that. Turned out to be the best dive of the week (saw 3 huge Goliath Groupers!) Rest of the week was mid 70s. Awesome first OWD experience! :cool2:
