Could someone let me know how to post new forums on a new subject. This is all so new to me lo.

Hey there, glad to see another rock dweller. Welcome, (I only joined yesterday).
Re posting new forums-
a) select a forum you wish to post into eg Scubaboard site news / basic scuba discussions, whichever is relevant to the topic you wish to discuss.
b) click on the post thread button found near the left of the page above other posted topics.
c) type away to your hearts content.
