Welcome! Get your cert and a few dives then come visit Saipan. Absolutely great shore diving, cheap and accessible!
Welcome to the dive community! There's a ton of good diving to be had for new divers here; you might want to consider coming to MDA's free guided weekend shore dives (8:30am and 1pm Sat/Sun; call them for details). They're a great way to meet other divers and get familiar with a lot of the dive sites.
