Hello,
Just started in diving, Christmas present from my wife. Just finished classroom and confined dives. Looking for somewhere warmer for my open water, Lake Michigan is just a little to cold. Sent to this site by a coworker, looking forward to more diving.

Good evening ,
Welcome to the board. There are quite a few Chicago divers here on the board.
Sounds like you have a nice wife, or else she is looking for a way to bump you off.
In any case glad you found this site.
Yes, it is a little cold here in January. The quarry opens up in early April, and Lake Michigan should be open about the same time.
Florida is always a nice place to be when it is cold here.
I'm a big fan of the West Palm Beach area for diving.

Side note, Who is " Got air Scuba " ? Are they new ?

Thanks, Jim Breslin Naperville Il.

If you are interested in finishing up in San Pedro Belize, I have a buddy (instructor) who is going down in March. Spend the first couple of days knocking off skills and the rest of your vacation diving the second largest reef in the world.. PM if you want more details.

Hi Jim,
Got Air is new they have just opened in Elk Grove about two months ago. You are also not the only one thinking my wife is getting ready to bump me off, had a friend ask how thick was the envelope she gave the dive instructor.
