Hey divers,
I just joined this board yesterday and wanted to properly introduce myself. My name is Matt and I'm currently living in beautiful Austin, TX. I got my basic cert in 08 (NAUI) and dove sparingly in the following couple years but only recently decided to pursue it more actively. I am currently being certified as a rescue diver and a master diver (both NAUI) and can't get enough.
If you live in the Austin area, or even around Texas, I would love to meet some new dive buddies or just talk about the sport. I am interested in spearfishing but have no experience so I'd love to hear people's advice and stories.
