Hello from a Brit in Melbourne, Australia

Hi Guys

My names Matt. I'm a wee lad from England currently living in Melbourne Australia... travelling the world and all that adolescent lark! Hurray.

I start diving in the Philippines, completing my Open Water and Advanced Open Water PADI courses. I've now become addicted without an easy release here in Australia given the currency difference. Oh, how I miss south East Asia.

I'm planning to purchase my own diving kit and then to get in the water as much as possible and hopefully make a career from it. At least whilst i'm travelling anyway. So, lots of reading up and learning about kit to come.

If anyones from around Melbourne let me know. It would be great to meet some diving buddies to hit the water with at some point in the future.

Well Hello Sheepy Matt,

I understand your feelings of translocation...I am a Yank who joined a British Diving Club in Kuwait.

Before you buy your kit...there are many good reviews that are unbias here at SB...just post what you are looking for and watch the comments flow in. I know it has helped me find what I really was looking for in the way of a Kit.
