Hi all! Looking to take a scuba trip in September and can't decide between Puerto Vallarta and Grand Bahama Island? I was just in Mexico in July near Playa where I have done most of my diving and did Cozumel last summer...Just looking for some place new and wanted some advice! Thanks in advance!
