Hey All!
So my mind is made up and I am off to Dahab for training with TBI.

Its gonna be a minimum of 4 months, getting stoked for it but don't know much about Dahab and what really to expect.

I've been working around the world in remote places so I am pretty familiar with the developing world dramas.

As for Dahab, whats good there, how are things? I'll be training pretty intensely but still want a nice social life and all that good stuff, I'll be on my own as my gf is staying in Ecuador... hopefully meet people with the dive center or maybe can find some shared housing.

For those of you who have been there or are there, any advice...
Also how about freelancing or lining up side work, I'm PADI MSDT, lots of experience (i'll bring my recreational gear) any advice that would be great (its gonna be costly for my training so I'd love to make some on the side)

Also about living on the budget end of things, how is that?

thanks.

Hi

My hubby and I have done two one week dive trips to Dahab and we love it so much....lots of character, not too touristy and with wonderful diving.

All the dive staff we met seemed to be having a fantastic time.

Have a wonderful trip
