Headed down to Panama City in early July

Hello!

I'm headed down to Panama City Beach in early July, and I'd like to get some Diving in, anyone have a good charter to recommend? Or where to dive? I'm still a pretty new diver, only been doing it for a year. But suggestions would be nice! I'd be diving, and a friend would be snorkeling/free diving. So a charter that allows snorkeling would be ideal. Thanks so much!!
