If so, do you think the Fantasea housing is a better choice than the Canon housing?

What strobe did you use?
...or does anyone know what is the best strobe to use with the Fantasea G 15 housing? - The Fantasea site shows the the Fantasea G 15 housing with the nano flash lighting set (the flash/arm on a tray), with the nano flash on the top (cold show kit), and as another opttion, the Inon S2000...has anyone used any of these?

Would the Ikelite AF 35 slave strobe work with the Fantasea G 15 housing?

Thanks a bunch for any insights you have!

Currently diving with it in the Maldives :-) will report back :-)

I have one and used it with my 2 240z strobes. Very happy with it. I do have the dome(not wide angle) and the pictures came out very nice. The buttons and case performed very well, No complaints. The trigger was very smooth, but trigger happy. It was hard to notice the 1/2 click.

Blows away the oem case, which i believe is the same price after a fiber optic connector, water sensor, and something to block the internal flash.

The internal sensor went off after a dive and I could not figure out how to turn it off, after a 1/2 hour i rewired it down and it stopped beeping. (FYI: the RED "on" camera switch and the red light on the sensor is very close to each other, so when I quickly glance at the case, i think the light is on, but I am looking at the button)

All these picts where from the gf15
2013 Aruba

Thanks so much everyone! And thank you for sharing your pics ScubaMarc! Beautiful!

Sharon,

Good points esp. on the M67 CU lens. As much as you like macro, make sure that you can get an adapter to use this.

Enjoy Belize.
