I haven't been able to find a review on these.

In order to encourage folks to take the upcoming Tech classes, the owner of my LDS is offering to sell all the required equipment at cost, including 02 clean regs.

The only O2 clean reg he can get is the Hollis 210 Oxygen, which I can buy for about 1/2 what I see it advertised on the web.

My other option is to buy an OMS Workhorse from Leisure Pro.

The OMS is a bit cheaper, but I'd have to drive 180 miles round trip(twice, drop off and pick up) to have it serviced, whereas my LDS can work on the Hollis.

I figure these days any reg available will work fine, especially for just hanging around a decompression stop.
On the other hand, it seems to me that your decompression reg should be your most reliable reg.

So, anyone have any comments on this reg, good or bad?
Thanks.

Workhorse is built for this application and it comes 02 clean, which is a nice benefit. Any decent shop will be able to work on the OMS workhorse.

The Hollis also comes 02 clean, it's specifically designed for oxygen use, up to 100%.

My LDS only works on brands he carries and has been trained on. It's a very small shop (not a lot of diving in the desert) and the OMS buy-in was to large for him to handle, so no OMS gear.

The next closest dive shop is 90 miles away in Tucson, I think they carry OMS.
